Mini-Post: November's "Finally" Over
I placed "finally" in quotes because although the month was incredibly busy for me, to the point where I got very little done in terms of writing, it was a very good kind of busy. A quick list of what happened through the month:
- Attended a wedding in New Jersey, which was followed by a three-day trip to the District of Columbia afterwards.
- Experienced Dreamforce through some close friends of mine who attended the massive conference in San Francisco.
- Spent a little over a week in Japan, which included, among other amazing experiences, visiting Nintendo's world headquarters in Kyoto! A head's up: My next blog post will be all about my time in Japan, as I feel that definitely deserves a share.
- Thanksgiving was celebrated at a good friend's house in San Francisco, while at the same time hosted my sister who stayed with us through the long holiday weekend until the end of yesterday.
There were very few days between these major events that were not consumed with preparing for the next big trip or recovering from the previous one.
To be fair, I did get some writing done this month, which brought me that much closer to the goal, but December is, fortunately, an uneventful month in comparison: The only major event my family will be preparing for is Christmas, and most of that was handled over this past weekend. Therefore, the next three weeks will be nothing but writing - something I cannot wait to dive into once more!
